Ki No Bi Kyoto Japanese Dry GinKI NO BI, meaning The Beauty of the Seasons, is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto, Japan. Made in a recognisable dry style but with a distinct Japanese accent using a rice spirit base, peerless water sourced in the famous sakebrewing district, Fushimi and a selection of locally sourced botanicals. Nose: A fresh aroma of yuzu, and a thread of sansh (Japanese peppercorn). Palate: The juniper complements and showcases the Japanese botanicals.
